The wide and rational participation of investors is the basic guarantee for the normal operation and healthy development of securities market. In order to provide a convenient, quick Internet-based communication channel for the investors and listed companies, make the complex market information simpler for the investors and make it easier for the them to interact with the listed companies, get information and identify the information, Shenzhen Stock Exchange launched the new version of “Listed Companies and Investors Relation Interaction Platform of Shenzhen Stock Exchange” (hereinafter referred to as “Interaction Easy”, website: http://irm.cninfo.com.cn) on November 12, 2011. This new version is developed based on Web2.0 platform and its mode is similar to microblog. The launch and upgrading of “Interaction Easy” is another innovative measure to protect the investors’ right to know and inquiry, following the Network Voting System for Shareholders.
On January 1, 2010, in order to improve the communication efficiency and timeliness for investors and listed companies, Shenzhen Stock Exchange established Investors Relation Interaction Platform, building a communication bridge between investors and listed companies. This time, the Exchange launched “Interaction Easy” and upgraded the functions of the interactive platform through the use of the newest information technology outcome. After launched, the “Interaction Easy” receives active responses from various market participants, and both the enrollment number of the investors and the total number of questions have reached 100,000. More and more ordinary investors, securities researchers and institutional investors turn their attentions to this channel and begin to raise questions to the listed companies through the “Interaction Easy”. At the same time, the response rate and the specialization level of the listed companies also increase.
To facilitate the increasing investors to better understand and use the functions of “Interaction Easy”, Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued SZSE “Interaction Easy” Business Operation Guideline (hereinafter referred to as Operation Guideline).
The Operation Guideline is composed of ten chapters, including “Interaction Easy” website description, registering an “Interaction Easy” user account, raising questions to listed companies, searching information, visiting the private networks of listed companies, adding listed companies to “favorite users” and information customization, adding registered investors to “favorite users” and information customization, grading the response from listed companies, forwarding microblog, and precautions. It also details the main functions of the “Interaction Easy” with pictures. Some new functions, such as adding listed companies or investors to “favorite users”, personalized information customization, grading the response from listed companies and forwarding microblog, are introduced by borrowing ideas from the information spreading and assessment mechanisms of microblog, and they make the “Interaction Easy” a new open information platform. Besides, the Operation Guideline also specifies the precautions and liabilities of the investors.
The launch of this Operation Guideline will facilitate the investors to master the functions of the “Interaction Easy” conveniently and quickly, fully embodying the meaning "Easiness” indicated in the “Interaction Easy”. In the future, Shenzhen Stock Exchange will further upgrade the functions of the “Interaction Easy”, to set up a good interactive communication platform for the investors and listed companies and truly put into practice the protection of the investors’ legitimate rights and interests.
