Integration ASAS-securities In Securities Clearing Division Of AEX

In connection with the integration of ASAS with Amsterdam Exchanges' securities clearing division and Necigef, the following securities will have new security codes as of Monday 21 February 2000. The original ISIN will be linked to the new security code, while a new ISIN will be linked to the original security code. This is necessary to avoid problems due to double ISINs. As a result, transactions conducted before 21 February 2000 will be settled using the old security code with a fictitious Dutch ISIN. If desired, outstanding orders for these securities can be submitted before the start of trading on Monday 21 February 2000, stating the new security code.
