In August 2025, the FSA established a team “Financial Services Agency 20-Year Committee” directly under the Commissioner. Led by this committee, the FSA considered initiatives to realize a continuously evolving organization that will continue delivering high-quality financial sector policy over the next five, ten, and twenty years through continuous upgrades of its organization and staff capabilities.
The FSA held intensive agency-wide discussions on the objectives of financial sector policy and adopted a following slogan to enable staff to feel familiar with them.

The FSA will continue to provide high-quality financial sector policy services through continuous self-transformation to upgrade the FSA.
