TheCityUK today announces that Gerald Walker, Chief Executive of ING Commercial Banking, UK, Ireland & Middle East, and Clare Woodman, Chief Operating Officer, Morgan Stanley International, have joined its Board of Directors as non-executives.
TheCityUK Board now comprises 20 members, drawn from all areas of financial and related professional services, reflecting TheCityUK’s role as the overarching representative body for the sector.
Gerry Grimstone, Chairman of TheCityUK, said:

Our Board comprises some of the most senior business representatives in financial and related professional services.
