Information Committee Has Approved Changes In The List Of The RTS Index Constituents

From September 15 to December 12, 2008 a new list of RTS Index constituents, approved by the Information Committee of OJSC "RTS", will come into force.

FGC UES common shares will be removed from the waiting list and included into the new list of the RTS Index constituents. They will replace OJSC "OGK-5" common shares which will be excluded from the list of the RTS Index constituents after revision of the amount of free-float securities.

PJSC Belon, JSC "INTER RAO UES", IDGC of Center and Volga Region, JSC, Opened Joint-Stock Company "Company "M.video" common shares will be included into the new list of the RTS-2 Index.

Common shares of Sinarsky Tube Works and privileged shares of Baltika Breweries will not be included into the list of the RTS-2 Index due to formal criteria. "Silvinit" common shares are also excluded from the list of the RTS-2 Index due to the significant excess of the maximum capitalization value, determined for the RTS-2 constituent shares.

RTS – Electric Utilities Index will include FGC UES, JSC "INTER RAO UES", IDGC of Center and Volga Region, JSC common shares.

RTS – Metals & Mining Index will include PJSC Belon common shares and RTS – Consumer & Retail Index will include Opened Joint-Stock Company "Company "M.video" common shares.

More detailed information on the weight of the securities in the indices, restrictive coefficient and final free-float coefficients will be disclosed two weeks before the new lists come into force – on September 1, 2008.
