The index will comprise 109 stocks, following the exclusion of four companies and the inclusion of five. A new subsector index, called SOCIMI (REITs), is created.
The Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM) Management Committee have decided, in accordance with the technical provisions for the composition, calculation and sectoral division of the IGBM index family, to approve the composition of the IGBM and Indice Total indices for the first half of 2015.
Having considered the data relating to trading and capitalisation, four stocks will be excluded from the index and five will be included. The IGBM composition for the first half of 2015 will include 109 stocks.
The Committee has also agreed to create a new subsector index, called SOCIMI (REITs), within the Financial Services and Real Estate sector, following the approval, by the Spanish Stock Market’s’ Trading Commission, of a new SOCIMI subsector within the Sectorial Classification of the Spanish Stock Markets.
In accordance with this proposal, the new subsector index will comprise 3 constituents: Lar España Real Estate SOCIMI, Axia Real Estate SOCIMI and Merlin Properties SOCIMI; the index’s base level will be 1,000 on 31 December 2014. The calculation of the new index will start on the first trading session in 2015.

Dogi International Fabrics S.A., the company having met all listing criteria.
Renta Corporación Real Estate, S.A., the company having met all listing criteria.
Axia Real Estate SOCIMI, S.A., as a newly listed stock, admitted to trading on 9 July 2014.
Merlin Properties SOCIMI S.A.,as a newly listed stock, admitted to trading on 30 June 2014.
EXCLUSIONS:
Campofrio Food Group S.A., due to delisting on 19 September 2014, following takeover bid by Sigma & WH Food Europe, S.L.
Compañía Vinícola Del Norte De España, S.A. (CVNE), the company not having met the listing criteria.
Funespaña S.A., the company not having met the listing criteria.
Grupo Tavex S.A., following authorization by the CNMV of takeover bid on 16 December 2014.
Final weightings by sectors, subsectors and stocks will be published on the Daily Bulletin of Bolsa de Madrid on December 31, 2014.
