Average daily volume in June equaled $25.5 mln (if compared to $20.8 mln in May). In the 2nd quarter traditional RTS trade turnover reached $1.27 bln, having presented a 7.7% increase from the 1st quarter ($1.17 bln). 2nd quarter average daily volume grew to $20.8 mln from $19.2 mln in the previous quarter. June turnover in the Guaranteed Trading System (GTS) amounted to 134.4 mln rubles (in May - 160.8 mln) with average daily value equaling 6.7 mln rubles (in May - 8 mln). In the 2nd quarter GTS trade value totaled 451 mln rubles (in May 716 mln).
Average daily turnover for the same period amounted to 7.4 mln rubles (in the 1st quarter - 11.7 mln).
In RTS Quadro June trade volume reached $1.5 mln. RTS Quadro was launched on 15 May 2001. RTS Quadro is the system for trade execution on the grounds of "delivery versus payment" with assets prior depositing technology and immediate after conclusion settlement in US dollars.
RTS Board in June showed a 50% increase in turnover which reached $2.1 mln (in June - $1.4 mln).
RTS Index in June grew by 3.5% and on 29 June closed at 216.1 (to compare with 208.8 on 31 May). In the 2nd quarter RTS Index showed a 27.8% growth (1st quarter growth - 18.3%).
