IGBM Index New Composition For The Second Half 2007 - The Index Will Comprise 128 Stocks, The Highest Number Of Constituents Ever

The Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM) Management Committee has decided, in accordance with the technical provisions for the composition, calculation and sectoral division of the IGBM index family, to approve the composition of the IGBM and Indice Total indices for the second half of 2007.

Having considered the data relating to trading and capitalisation, the index is to add 7 new stocks while 3 are to be excluded. The IGBM composition for the second half of 2007 will include 128 stocks, the highest number of constituents ever included in this index.

The Committee also agreed to create a new sub-index for Renewable Energy, which will be integrated into the Oil and Energy Sector as a consequence of the creation of this sector as part of the of the Spanish stock markets’ Sectoral Classification.

The summary of inclusions and exclusions is as follows:

INCLUSIONS:

Clinica Baviera, as a newly listed stock, on 30 March 2007.
AISA (Actuaciones e Inversiones Mobiliarias, as a newly listed stock on the Continuous Market, on 30th March 2007, it having fulfilled the listing criteria.
Fersa Energías Renovables, as a newly listed stock on the Continuous Market, on 24 April 2007, it having fulfilled the listing criteria.
Realia Business, as a newly listed stock on the stock exchange, on 6 June 2007.
Reyal Urbis, as a newly listed stock on the stock exchange, on 11 June 2007.
Solaria Energia y Medio Ambiente, as a newly listed stock on the stock exchange, on 19 June 2007
Laboratorios Almirall, as a newly listed stock on the market, on 20 June 2007.


EXCLUSIONS:

TPI: delisted on 4 April 2007
Inmobiliaria Urbis:+ delisted on 11th June 2007 after merger with Reyal to create Reyal Urbis.
Mittal Steel: pending the conclusion of corporate restructuring approved at the company’s meeting. This restructuring is to be implemented in the coming months.

Final weightings by sectors, subsectors and stocks will be published on the website of Bolsa de Madrid (www.bolsamadrid.es), after the close of the market, on 29 June 2007.
