The Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM) Management Committee has decided, in accordance with technical provisions for the composition, calculation and sectoral division of the IGBM index family, to approve the composition of the IGBM and Indice Total indices for the first half of 2010.

Based on trading volume and market capitalisation criteria, the new composition of the IGBM is as follows: the index is to add 1 stock while 7 will be excluded from the index. The IGBM and Indice Total will comprise 119 shares during the first half of 2010.

The index inclusions and exclusions are as follows:

Banco de Andalucía as a result of the merger by absorption by Banco Popular Español 10 August, 2009

Unión Fenosa S.A, as a result of the merger by absorption by Gas Natural on 7 September 2009.

Dogi S.A., due to the suspension of trading as of 26 May 2009.

La Seda de Barcelona S.A, due to the suspension of trading as of 4 June 2009.

Grupo Ferrovial S.A., as a result of the merger by absorption by Cintra Infraestructuras, on 4 December 2009.

Federico Paternina S.A., on 28 December the delisting bid acceptance period ends.

Aguas de Barcelona, having called an extraordinary shareholders meeting for 12 January 2010, with the delisting of the company´s shares on the agenda.

The IGBM Management Committee, during its ordinary meeting on 16 December 2009, also decided the following:

Grupo San José S.A. changes sector, from the Financial and Property Services, subsector Property Agents to Sector Basic Materials, Industry and Construction, subsector Construction.

Ferrovial S.A. (previously called Cintra concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte S.A.) changes from sector Consumer Services, subsector Motorways and Car Parks to sector Basic Materials, Industry and Construction, subsector Construction.

Definitive weightings of sectors, subsectors and stocks will be made public on the Bolsa de Madrid website, (www.bolsamadrid.es), after the close of the market, on 30 December 2009.
