IntercontinentalExchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE) today announced that UBS Investment Bank and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking have joined Morgan Stanley as co-advisors to ICE on its proposal to combine with the Chicago Board of Trade (NYSE: BOT).
