IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading global exchange operator and over-the-counter (OTC) energy marketplace, announced that ICE Futures Europe posted a daily volume record in its benchmark gas oil futures contract on Tuesday, November 6. The ICE Gas Oil futures contract set a new high of 186,124 contracts, surpassing by 7% the previous record established on September 6, 2007 of 173,843 contracts.
