Be advised that, effective immediately, Lehman Brothers Inc. is suspended from participant status with ICE Futures Canada, Inc.
Lehman Brother Inc. was suspended pursuant to the provisions of Rule 4D.09 d. which reads:
Rule 4D.09 d. If a Participant becomes insolvent or bankrupt or adjudged to be in default, the Participant shall automatically and without the necessity of any action by the Exchange, be suspended as a Participant and notice of such suspension shall be provided by the Exchange to all Participants.
Lehman Brothers Inc., had been registered as a Direct Access Trading Participant in the category of Futures Commission Merchant
Lehman Brothers Inc. was not a Clearing Participant of ICE Clear Canada, Inc., the designated clearinghouse of ICE Futures Canada, Inc., and accordingly there is no exposure from this suspension to the clearinghouse.
