ICAP, part of TP ICAP group, the world’s largest interdealer broker, is today pleased to announce that its 27th annual global Charity Day will be held on Tuesday, 10 December 2019.
Each year, ICAP Charity Day donates 100% of the revenues and commissions generated by the brokerage over the entire day to dozens of charities across the globe. Last year, the global event raised US $5.7 million for over 100 different charitable organisations worldwide.
Since Charity Day was launched in December 1993, ICAP has raised nearly $185 million for more than 2,400 charities worldwide.
This year, 5 charitable organisations are set to benefit in Singapore, including Down Syndrome Association, KKH Health Endowment Fund, Lions Home For The Elders, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and The Singapore Repertory Theatre. They will be joined by their celebrity ambassadors at ICAP’s offices, where they will help brokers across both electronic and voice markets to close deals and boost broking volumes with clients.
