ICAP plc (IAP.L), a leading markets operator and provider of post trade risk mitigation and information services, announces today that Stuart Bridges will be appointed Group Finance Director. The appointment is subject to FCA approval.
He joins from Hiscox Ltd, the international specialist insurer, where he has been Chief Financial Officer since 1999. He is a main board director at Hiscox and member of the Executive Group where he is one of three executive directors leading the strategic direction of Hiscox.
Stuart, who will sit on the Global Executive Management Group and Board of ICAP, will be based in London and will report to Michael Spencer, Group Chief Executive Officer.
