Icade Listing On Euronext A Success - 16th Property Company Listed In Two Years

Icade's listing on Euronext was a success. It is the fourth property company listed on Euronext this year and the 16th in two years.

Icade placed 22 million shares on the Eurolist compartment of Euronext Paris for a total of EUR 615 million, the second largest amount raised through listing on Euronext markets since the beginning of the year. The global placement for institutional investors was oversubscribed around 14 times and the open-price offering for individual investors nearly twice.

On the basis of today's first traded price of EUR 30.50, 9.32% above the reference price, the company’s market capitalization amounts to EUR 2.7 billion.

Icade is the 25th company to list on Euronext in 2006. A total of EUR 2 billion has been raised on Euronext markets through new listings, representing additional market capitalization of EUR 22 billion.

Icade is present at all points along the value chain in residential property, business and public-sector premises and healthcare facilities.
