The Supervision Committee of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) has announced the listing of IBERCOM (World Wide WEB Ibercom) on the Growth Companies segment of this market, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by MAB’s Coordination and Admission Committee.
The company, which will be the twentieth to list on the MAB’s Growth segment, is scheduled to list its shares on Friday, March 30th, under the trading code ICOM. Trading in the company’s shares will be carried out in the continuous market model, that is, on the continuous, order-driven market, with opening and closing auctions. Therefore, the continuous trading hours will be from 9:00 hrs to 17:30 hrs.
