Horizon Brings Warrants Market Expertise To Vietnam

Date 28/11/2017

Horizon Software (Horizon), the leading global provider of electronic trading and investment management technology, today announced its commitment to help develop Warrant market expertise within the Vietnam market. A key challenge was to provide business knowledge of the Covered Warrants issuing and market making business to help stimulate and support market development in Vietnam.

It is intended that the combination of Horizon’s award-winning technology, market innovation, influence and expertise will result in these goals being met quickly and efficiently. To demonstrate commitment to the Vietnamese market’s potential, Horizon provided a series of workshop presentations, which included two Hong Kong-based Warrants experts, to address the Vietnamese audiences. Topics covered included market-making, Warrants marketing strategies, implementation and operational activities, IT solutions, trading operations and risk management. The event was a major success and the workshops gave the speakers the chance to outline Horizon’s new Covered Warrant projects that will soon go live in Vietnam and are expected to accelerate market growth.

Ekaluck Chaiyaporn, Horizon’s ASEAN Sales Director, commented: “We are excited to see the resulting growth in the Warrants business in Vietnam, the potential is significant and we are pleased to be distributing and disseminating knowledge and insight, which is crucial to the success of the education and development strategy.”

Clement Pelletier, APAC Sales Director at Horizon Software, said: “We were delighted to be a strategic partner in the market’s development and to have our experts speak at these workshops. Horizon, in turn, offers a competitive edge through innovative technology, effective customer support and a reduced time to market, making us perfectly placed to help the Vietnamese Warrants market develop alongside the wider trading market generally.”
