The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) welcomes the appointment by the Financial Secretary of Mr Albert Au Siu-cheung as a Non-Executive Director for a term of two years with effect from 26 May 2015.
"I would like to extend a warm welcome to Mr Au who brings with him a wealth of experience to the Board," said Mr Carlson Tong, the SFC’s chairman.
"I would also like to express our sincere gratitude on behalf of the Board to outgoing Non-Executive Director Mr Wong Kai-man for his invaluable contribution during his time with the SFC," Mr Tong added.
