The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is pleased to note the publication of the annual report by the Process Review Panel (PRP) for the SFC.
The PRP, which released its report today, conducted a comprehensive review of 59 cases in 2013-2014 in various areas of the SFC’s work.
The SFC has considered carefully the observations and recommendations of the PRP made during the review, and looks forward to working with the PRP in the coming year.
