The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) will offer two days of vaccination leave to all staff in full support of the government’s early vaccination campaign. It will also reimburse those staff who wish to have a medical health check before the vaccination.
"Hong Kong has reached a critical point in our fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. A high vaccination rate offers us the best path back to normality as a city and as an international financial centre," said Ashley Alder, the SFC’s Chief Executive Officer.
The SFC also encourages licensed intermediaries to consider appropriate incentives for their staff to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
