The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) today released a report on its review of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited’s (SEHK) performance in its regulation of listing matters in 2019 and 2020.
The report, which summarises the SFC’s findings and recommendations, has been published on the SFC website.
