Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission: Process Review Panel Report 2012-2013

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) welcomes the publication of the annual report by the Process Review Panel (PRP) for the SFC for the year 2012-13.

During the year, the PRP conducted a comprehensive review of 58 cases in various areas of the SFC’s work. The SFC has considered carefully the observations and recommendations of the PRP made during the review and will take them forward as part of our evolving operational process.

The SFC looks forward to working with the panel in the coming year.
