The Securities and Futures Commission’s Chairman Dr Kelvin Wong and Chief Executive Officer Ms Julia Leung held a high-level meeting with the Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission Mr Wu Qing in Hong Kong on Tuesday (19 November 2024).
The two sides exchanged views on the recent development of their respective capital markets. They also took stock of recent fruitful cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong on mutual market access schemes. The two sides agreed to further deepen their regulatory and enforcement cooperation and collaborate on advancing the coordinated development of both capital markets.
