Hong Kong Main Board-Listed Companies Annual/Interim Reports 2001 On Compact Disks

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) released today (Wednesday) compact disks (CDs) on Hong Kong Main Board-Listed Companies Annual/Interim Reports 2001. This product comprises seven CDs containing images of annual/interim reports (both English and Chinese versions) published by Hong Kong Main Board-listed companies for reporting periods ending in 2001. The reports are stored on the disks as black and white graphic images which can be viewed on most computers with a CD-ROM drive. With the built-in search engine provided in each disk, documents can be retrieved quickly by company name, stock code, document type or language.

The Annual/Interim Reports on Compact Disk together with the Corporate Documents and Derivative Warrants & Debt Securities Issuer Documents CDs, constitute a full record of corporate documents published on Hong Kong Main Board-listed securities. HKEx developed these CDs to provide easy public access to the documents, and to help commercial and academic institutions build up their reference collection.

The Annual/Interim Reports CDs are available for subscription at HK$2,400. Subscription forms are now available on the HKEx web site at http://www.hkex.com.hk/publications/info/CDSubform.htm and at the HKEx Sales Counter, located on 1/F, One & Two Exchange Square, Central.
