Kwong Ki-chi, chief executive of HKEx, and Richard Humphrey, chief executive and managing director of ASX, will sign on behalf of the two exchanges. The signing ceremony will be followed by a news conference.
Joe Hockey, Australia's Minister for Financial Services and Regulation, Stephen Ip, Hong Kong's Secretary for Financial Services, and Maurice Newman, ASX's Chairman, will also attend the signing ceremony.
