HKEx Publishes Seventh Edition Of Quarterly Publication - Exchange

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has published the seventh edition of its quarterly publication Exchange. This edition features:

• a detailed analysis of the key issues concerning Hong Kong's regulatory regime for listing;
• highlights from the consultation conclusions on proposed amendments to the Listing Rules relating to corporate governance and the basis of the listing committees' conclusions on key issues;
• a Chat Room conversation with Walter Reisch, the Head of HKEx's Clearing Business Unit, on the unit's operations;
• an overview of online trading in Hong Kong and overseas; and
• an introduction to the new calculator for Equity Linked Instruments, which has been posted on HKEx's website.

Copies of the publication are available for media collection at the Sales Counter of HKEx at 1/F, One and Two Exchange Square, Central, Hong Kong. Unclaimed copies will be mailed to news organisations.
