HKEx Publishes 12th Edition Of Its Quarterly Publication – Exchange

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has published the 12th edition of its quarterly publication, Exchange. This edition features:

• a report on DCASS, the Derivatives Clearing and Settlement System which was rolled out on 6 April;
• an overview of the new features planned for the Investor Participant account in CCASS, the Central Clearing and Settlement System;
• a Chat Room conversation with the head of Clearing, Stewart Shing, who discusses some of Clearing’s current projects and the changes he has seen since joining the financial-services industry in the 1970s;
• an introduction to H-shares Index Options, which will be rolled out later this year and will complement H-shares Index Futures.
• research on Hong Kong’s position in the global warrant market rankings.

Printed copies of the 12 th edition of the publication will be available for media collection at HKEx’s Sales Counter at 1/F, One and Two Exchange Square, Central and mailed to media organisations in the afternoon of 3 May 2004 (Monday).
