HKEx Posts Responses To Consultation Paper On New Structure For Listing Decision-making On HKEx Website

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has received 15 submissions in response to its Consultation Paper on New Structure for Listing Decision-making.  HKEx today (Thursday) posted those submissions on its website.

Respondents were supportive of restructuring the existing administrative framework with a view to implementing a simpler and more efficient structure for listing decision-making.

HKEx is grateful for respondents' comments and will take them into account in reaching its conclusions about the consultation proposals and finalising the Listing Rule amendments that will implement those conclusions. Subject to the appropriate regulatory approval, HKEx plans to finalise and implement its conclusions in the second half of this year.
