HKEx GEM Conference At Beijing’s Zhongguancun Science Park

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) will organise a conference aimed at providing potential Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) listing candidates in Mainland China with a greater understanding of the requirements for listing on GEM in Hong Kong. The conference will be held in Beijing on 30 March. About 100 companies from Zhongguancun selected by the Beijing Municipal Government and the Ministry of Science and Technology will attend the conference. The conference is divided into two parts. The first half will include presentations by representatives of the Beijing Municipal Government and Zhongguancun. In addition, HKEx Chairman Charles Lee and HKEx’s Richard Peng, Senior Vice President, China and International Development will make presentations and GEM listed companies will share their experience in listing in Hong Kong. The afternoon session will comprise two concurrent sessions of presentations by Hong Kong GEM sponsors, law firms and accounting firms, and open forums for questions and answers.
