On 11 March 2011, HKEx announced that, pursuant to HKEx’s Articles of Association, the final dividend for 2004 of $0.47 per share, payable on 25 April 2005 and remaining unclaimed on 25 April 2011, would be forfeited and would revert to the company. Accordingly, the unclaimed final dividend for 2004 amounting to $3,000,954.70 is forfeited and reverts to HKEx today.
