Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) and Heilongjiang Province’s Financial Affairs Office today (Tuesday) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation and exchange of information.
The MOU was signed by HKEx Chief Marketing Officer Lawrence Fok and Shang Qingjun, Director of Heilongjiang’s Financial Affairs Office. The signing ceremony was held during a Heilongjiang-Hong Kong economic and trade cooperation seminar in Hong Kong. The ceremony was also attended by Heilongjiang Governor Wang Xiankui.
