The Remuneration Committee (RC) is delegated by the Board with the responsibility to establish, review, and make recommendations to the Board on the Group’s remuneration policy and practices. The RC ensures that all employees and Executive and Non-executive Directors are appropriately remunerated in accordance with the Group’s strategy as well as its long-term and short-term performance.
