Hong Kong's Securities And Futures Commission Welcomes Re-Appointment Of Non-Executive Directors

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) welcomes the re-appointment by the Financial Secretary of Ms Teresa Ko and Dr William Wong as Non-Executive Directors for a term of two years with effect from 1 August 2016 (Note 1).

"Ms Ko and Dr Wong have provided the Board with invaluable insights and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the coming two years," the SFC’s chairman Mr Carlson Tong said.

1. Ms Ko and Dr Wong were first appointed as Non-Executive Directors of the SFC on 1 August 2012 and 1 August 2014, respectively.
