Hibernia Atlantic, a provider of global capacity services, announced that it is now an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Technology Partner supporting AWS Direct Connect. Amazon Web Services welcomes Hibernia as part of the AWS Partner Network to enhance availability of dedicated network connections for customers from their locations to AWS.
With AWS Direct Connect, a customer can establish private connectivity utilizing Hibernia’s network between AWS and his/her network presence. This connection can often reduce network costs, increase bandwidth throughput, and provide a more consistent network experience than Internet-based connectivity. Hibernia’s global reach, with over 120 Points of Presence (PoPs) and access into hundreds of thousands of buildings across five continents, offers AWS Direct Connect customers an alternative and robust network service.
