Date 15/01/2004

The new structure of the HEXTech index will become effective on February 2, 2004. There will be two new share series in the HEXTech index, F-Secure Oyj and OMHEX AB (Publ). Of the current constituents, there will not be any share series to be removed from the HEXTech. Two share series (Novo Group Oyj and Eimo Oyj) were removed from the index during the current half-year period due to tender offers.

The HEXTech index is a capitalisation-weighted and free float adjusted index. It contains the 10 most traded technology share series in terms of their daily median turnover for the preceding calendar half-year on the Helsinki Exchanges.

According to the HEXTech Stock Index Description the stock classes that will probably be delisted prior to the next index structure change shall not be taken into consideration when selecting the new index stock classes.
