Hermes Int. And M6-Metropole TV In Euronext Indices - New composition Euronext 100 And Next 150

Following the official result of the takeover bid by Technip for French company's Coflexip (Euronext 100) and ISIS (Next 150), Coflexip and ISIS will be removed from the Euronext 100 Index and Next 150 Index respectively. The following changes for the Euronext 100 and Next 150 will be effective as of Wednesday 17 October 2001.

The highest ranking non-constituents by market capitalisation as at the close of business 11 October 2001, replaces Coflexip in the Euronext 100 Index and ISIS in the Next 150 Index. Following ranking analysis, the French company Hermes International will enter the Euronext 100 Index and the French company M6-Metropole TV will replace ISIS in the Next 150 Index.

The Euronext 100 and Next 150 index have been published since October 2, 2000. They are constituted of the 250 securities with the highest market capitalisations, traded on the official markets of Euronext. In order to be included in the indices the securities must meet liquidity criteria that are specified in the rules of the indices. Euronext Indices is the compiler of the indices under the supervision of the independent Euronext Indices Steering Committee.
