Helsinki Exchanges: The Listing Committee Will Commence Its Work

The Listing committee of the Helsinki Exchanges will commence its work 1 September. The Listing Committee will decide on the listing of unlisted companies to the Main List, I List and NM List. The purpose of the introduction of the Listing Committee is to increase the representation and expertise of commercial and industrial life and securities markets in the decision making regarding admission to listing.

CEO Mr. Paavo Prepula and CPA auditor Mr. Yrjö Tuokko have been appointed as the members of the Listing Committee representing commercial and industrial life and securities markets. Other members of the Listing Committee are the President and CEO of HEX Group, Mr. Jukka Ruuska, and Executive Vice Presidents Mr. Mika Björklund and Mr. Jouni Torasvirta. The Listing Committee is subordinated to the Board of Directors of the Helsinki Exchanges
