Helsinki Exchanges - Saunatec OYJ Delisted December 28, 2000

The share of Saunatec Oyj will be removed from the I List of Helsinki Exhanges on Thursday, December 28, 2000. The share of Saunatec Oyj will be on the I List for the last time on Wednesday, December 27, 2000. The trading in the share of Saunatec Oyj has been suspended starting on Monday, December 18, 2000.

The arbitration court has accepted the collateral provided by Sponhot Oy. Sponhot Oy is the sole owner of Saunatec Oyj and there are no longer conditions for trading of the shares.
