Helsinki Exchanges - Sampo-Leonia Insurance Company Plc Into Banks And Finance Business Sector

Leonia plc will merge with Sampo Insurance Company plc on December 31, 2000. On the effective date of the merger the Company’s name will be changed to Sampo-Leonia Insurance Company plc.
