Helsinki Exchanges: Kontram-Yhtiöt Oyj Delisted March 13, 2001

The share of Kontram-Yhtiöt Oyj will be removed from the I List of Helsinki Exhanges. The share of Kontram-Yhtiöt Oyj will be on the I List for the last time on Monday, March 12, 2001. Trading has been suspended as of Friday March 2, 2001.

The arbitration court has accepted the collateral provided by Martnok Oy. Martnok Oy is the sole owner of Kontram-Yhtiöt Oyj and there are no longer conditions for trading of the shares.
