JPMORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT (UK) LTD is a 100% subsidiary of JPMORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT HOLDINGS (UK) LTD, which in turn is a 100% subsidiary of JPMORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, which in turn is a 100% subsidiary of JPMORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT.
