The Board of Directors of Hellenic Exchanges, at its meeting today, elected Mr. Petros Christodoulou, as new non-executive member, in place of Mr. Alexandros Tourkolias who resigned. Mr. Christodoulou is Deputy CEO of the National Bank of Greece.
The abovementioned changes will be announced at the next General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, as required by the law.
