Tehran Securities Exchange (TSE) has welcomed “Zist Arvand Pharmed”, a prominent pharmaceutical entity, marking its official listing on the exchange. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) involved the successful flotation of 480 million shares, constituting 4% of the company’s total equity. This event positions Zist Arvand Pharmed as the 638th issuer to join the TSE’s roster, commencing trade under the ticker symbol “DRVN” in the “Pharmaceutical & Medicinal Products” industry.
The offering, conducted via a book-building process on the main board of the secondary market, saw shares priced at IRR 5,083 each. The IPO attracted significant investor attention, with an impressive 1,739,862 trading codes submitting buy orders. Following the allocation process, 1,730,070 investors were successfully granted shares, with each trading code receiving a maximum allotment of 284 shares.
IPOs are considered a crucial step towards enhancing public participation in the capital market and bolstering national economic financing. Zist Arvand Pharmed’s successful listing is expected to contribute to the growth and dynamism of Iran’s pharmaceutical sector and the broader economy.
