Euronext today congratulates Havas N.V. (“Havas”), a world leader in communications and marketing, on its listing on Euronext Amsterdam (ticker code: HAVAS).

Since its creation in 1835, Havas has grown consistently, by anticipating new market needs and developing a client-centric and integrated approach, fusing creativity, media, production and new technologies.
Havas was listed through the admission to trading on 16 December of the 991,811,494 ordinary shares making up its share capital. The admission price of Havas shares was set at €1.79 per share. Market capitalisation was €1.77 billion on the day of listing. Havas’ listing marks one of the largest on Euronext Amsterdam in 2024.
