Hainan Minsheng Gas Corporation Shares Increase In The S&P/CITIC 300 Index

Standard & Poor’s and CITIC Securities will make the following changes in the S&P/CITIC 300 Index effective after the close of trading Friday, March 18, 2005:
  • Hainan Minsheng Gas Corporation (China, SEDOL: 6016960, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20105010), a member of the S&P/CITIC 300 Index, free-float A shares will increase by 421,387,472 to 842,774,944. This change is due to a stock dividend plan offered at a ratio of 10:10. A cash dividend of RMB0.03 per share will also take effect on March 21. There will be no change to the IWF.
