Bourse Consult LLP is pleased to announce that György Dudás has joined Bourse Consult as a Partner.
He joins the existing Partners at Bourse Consult of Hugh Simpson, Raymond Sabbah and John Falk.
György worked for the Hungarian Central Securities Depository (CSD) and Central Counterparty (CCP) for 22 years and was CEO of KELER for 14 years. He set up its cross- border services and its first bilateral link with an ICSD. As CEO György oversaw the development of fully-fledged CCP services within KELER both for the capital market and commodity products and then was instrumental in creating a separate legal entity, KELER CCP. He has been involved in the development of the EU regulatory and infrastructure regime as Vice-Chair of ECSDA and until the creation of KELER CCP, György was also a member of EACH, the European CCP Clearing Association
Bourse Consult is a firm of independent capital market infrastructure consultants founded in 2002 and based in London, with clients around the world including exchanges, clearing houses, depositories, governments, central banks, development banks and regulators.
Bourse Consult’s recent work has involved aiding the preparation of Capital Market Masterplans for 2 African countries, advising on the reform of emerging market government bond markets and post-trade arrangements in Africa and Asia and the development of a new CCP from scratch through to live status. Bourse Consult is currently performing cost benefit analyses for two further CCPs and supporting a new CSD in emerging markets.
