- Grupo Acciona SA (Spain, SEDOL: 5579107, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20103010) will replace Endesa SA (Spain, SEDOL: 5271782 GICS: Utilities, GICS Code: 55101010) in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices. Endesa SA will be deleted from the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices following the cash offer from Enel Energy Europe S.r.l. and Acciona, that now hold 92.06% of Endesa SA’s share capital.
Grupo Acciona’s major activities are development and management of infrastructure and real estate projects, provision of transport, urban and environmental services, and development and operation of renewable energies. The number of shares outstanding will be 63,550,000 and the Investable Weight Factor will be 0.4334. The company will be added to the S&P Europe 350 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Construction & Engineering sub industry.
