NYSE Euronext today announced the listing on NYSE Alternext in Paris of Groupe ConcoursMania, specialized in online marketing using games.
Founded in 1995, Groupe ConcoursMania creates, develops and distributes marketing and promotional campaigns based on online gaming and contests. Its aim is to boost advertisers’ profiles, add new clients to their databases, accelerate sales and consolidate customer loyalty. The company is based in Bordeaux in south-western France and employs 31 people.
Groupe ConcoursMania was admitted to trading (ticker code: ALGCM) by the listing of 2,232,092 existing shares and 920,000 new shares issued as part of a global offering.[1] This included the exercise of all shares under the Extension Option. The total amount raised through the global offering was €9.2 million.
The admission and issue price of Groupe ConcoursMania shares was set at €10.00 each. The company’s market capitalization on the day of listing amounted to €31.5 million.

In six years, €2.4 billion has been raised on NYSE Alternext, half of this through secondary issues, by 164 companies from countries including Belgium, Canada, China, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the US. Their market capitalization totals €5.6 billion.
