GreenX contracts listed for trading on CME Globex® and for submission for clearing through CME ClearPort® will have revised trading hours for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday. Please see the information below for further details.
Friday, May 25: GreenX contracts listed for trading on CME Globex will be subject to an early close at 4:15 pm Eastern Standard time (9:15 pm UK local time), the revised trading hours will not have an impact on the European trading day (7:00 am – 5:00 pm UK local time). CME ClearPort is unaffected and will run on a normal schedule for Friday, May 25th.
Monday, May 28: GreenX contracts listed for trading on CME Globex will be subject to a trading halt from 1:15 pm - 6:00 pm Eastern Standard time (6:15 pm – 11:00 pm UK local time), the European trading day will remain unaffected. All orders entered through CME Globex or submitted for clearing through CME ClearPort® on Monday, May 28th are for trade date Tuesday, May 29th. All day/session orders entered on Monday are for trade date Tuesday, May 29th and will work continuously until Tuesday’s close at 5:15 pm Eastern Standard time (10:15 pm UK local time).
