The GPW Tech GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) System supports efficient management of any organisation. Its functionalities include automated management of compliance with external and internal requirements as well as management of compliance risks and processes subject to stringent security standards.
The new tool commercialised by GPW Tech is available in two languages, Polish and English. It supports management of documents, including attachments and links, as well as exporting and importing all relevant data. GPW Tech GRC gives companies access to global dictionaries, knowledge repositories, request management tools, and a structured repository of key regulations applicable to issuers.
GPW Tech GRC is the first product to be sold by GPW Tech starting in Q1 2021.

GPW Tech GRC is comprised of three separate although interlinked modules (which facilitate the mutual exchange of information):
- Governance – lists of processes and areas including descriptions of actions and resources, definitions of goals, and key performance indicators of processes and areas;
- Risk – database of operational events used to rate operational risk, define key risk indicators, and support business continuity;
- Compliance – libraries of external and internal regulations, compliance risk rating functions, definitions of control mechanisms, an extensive range of reports.
